I submitted all my financial info just for a simple preapproval so we could start our search for a home. Communication was great until they got my info then complete silence. It has been WEEKS since I submitted my info and have heard not a word. I have sent MULTILPE emails, texts, and voicemails and no one will so much as text me to let me know anything. I applied for a home loan purchase with Lender Fi on the internet a couple of days ago. It took me a couple of days to complete it because I was busy and in that time I was contacted via email by their loan officer, Anthony****** no less than 3 times, asking if I needed any help. When I finished, they said my application needed review by a loan officer, and the next day I got a very short email from Anthony stating only, "Unfortunately, we are only doing refinances at this time." Communication has been very poor at Lenderfi. I initially switched for a lower rate. I have 800+ credit and they stalled until after the rate lock expired to tell me there was a problem. I am confident their concern is not accurate but communication is so poor that it makes it difficult to resolve. This will force me to go through the entire process again with another lender.

We have used LenderFi twice in recent years and couldn't be happier. Amber, Rebecca, ****, Sean and Doneda are a great team. Our refi's were explained, and the process was super easy. Most paperwork was handled on their secure website, and the notary drove to our home to sign the final documents. We have referred many family and friends who couldn't be happier. Also, we shopped around for both refi's when the rates dropped and nobody could beat LenderFi's rates and lack of fees.

The personnel were very patient, thorough, and professional. My refinance was completed in about a month. No nonsense. I would use them again if mortgage rates went down again or if I needed a new mortgage. No lender could beat their package or professionalism.

My experience with LenderFi - switching from a "bigger" lender - was excellent from start to finish: 1) Offered me a competitive rate up front, while others wouldn't give me a straightforward let alone competitive rate until they saw what other offers I had (and would offer to "beat" aka "almost match" them). 2) Projected a closing cost that actually ended up being slightly higher than the final cost (nice little surprise!). This company (Lenderfi, Inc.) and it employees especially **** and David are the best. I was frivolously shopping for a refinance and came across them via Credit Karma recommendation. I was blown away by the professionalism, honesty and timely beneficial results I received.
