These people have such big hearts to care for these animals. My daughter and I both admire how hard they work to constantly provide the best care as possible for their animals. We started volunteering at LHS in April, and have fallen in love with the staff and animals! We try and go there as much as often and help out ❤️. Thank you, LHS for providing such a welcoming, kind, and comforting environment for your animals, adopters, and volunteers! What you’re doing for those animals is amazing. 💕👍💪💖🙌🏻

not selling puppies to other people when we wanted to adopt one and was told it was ours and theat we could come get her today. she was sold to someone out from under us
great loving and caring staff. these fur friends are very lucky to have such a wonderful staff. it may not be a permanent home, but it could be far worse for them. truly a blessed staff.

Got my dog from lhs. He's been wonderful! The staff helped me find just the right match and when I had questions, took time to help! Got my next dog a few weeks ago. She is acclimating well and I get such compliments on her. She's very healthy too! Thanks for all you do!
I loved how they made my adoption easy for my first time. I fell in with my bluetick coonhound when I went to the website and then a few days later after I sent my application in I brought her home. I would adopt from them again.
