We had a wonderful experience transforming our 70s kitchen into a beautiful brand new kitchen. Lyn was so helpful in helping us design and all of our finishes. She was so insightful and was great at knowing exactly what I wanted. Denny knocked it out of the park with installation and going above and beyond. Everything was done with so much care. I cannot recommend them enough. We look forward to using them for our home projects.
I contacted them to install a new floor throughout my upstairs area. Unfortunately, the technician they sent to my home was inexperienced and unfamiliar with the job. I have evidence to support this claim. Subsequently, I contacted other flooring professionals who confirmed that the installation was done incorrectly. Given that I maintain 24/7 surveillance in my home, I have a recording of a floor installer acknowledging the poor quality of the work and predicting that the floor would begin to deteriorate soon.
