The women I spoke to on the phone was really rude. She had this tone like "are you really going to make me work." The office is neat and well kept but for some reason the appts take forever. You have to wait when you arrive at your schedule appt time. Then they take you to the back and have you wait again. Then they take you to another room and have you wait again until the doctor finally arrives. Its kind of ridiculous that you have to take off a days worth of work just to see the eye doctor.
