Competent, pleasant staff. Clean accommodating facility. No pressure to buy any extras. My only complaint is the horrendous wait to get an appointment. Even as a patient that's been with the practice for many years, there is a 3 to 4 month wait to get in - and that's with the PA, not the doctor! I called this morning to get an appointment for my husband for a sudden & very serious skin condition and despite the fact that Dr. Lenahan has treated him in the past, I was told they couldn't see him for at least 5 months. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Was this dermatologist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. Their prices were very fair to the higher side for specility services. The level of care you get for the price is great. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The problem is how long you have to wait to get an appt! If you haven't been there in more than 1 year, you will wait 6 months for an appt because you are considered a new patient! I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was so welcoming. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
