They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Very unprofessional!

My personal experience Dr. Mary L. Lenahan, MD was the worst medical treatment I have ever received. After more than five visits there, I never got to see her. Bounced from one medical assistant to another, I was subjected to useless Levulan acid Kerastick treatments administered by the doctors assistants only . They attempted to apply liquid nitrogen treatments which I declined.
