She is very unreliable, rescheduled me twice and the third time she got the time and date wrong. Someone else in the salon cut our hair and turned out to be for the better. She’s very inconsistent constantly changing and times cancelling.
RecommendedI had the Magic Sleek done yesterday. I love the results so far! I will say that Lena is very very meticulous. This process takes time and she did not rush one step of it. She is also super sweet and pleasant which is a big plus!
Lena is seriously amazing! I had such a great experience. We had great conversation & she was super timely. You have to get your Brazilian blowout here or any hair service. She’s dedicated to her clients. Go!

Lena was accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. Not only did I receive a great haircut, but she was able to do highlights and make my hair alive and cute again! I have finally found a hairdresser that can handle my hair!!!
