Lena recently helped me with refinancing my mortgage then worked out the best options in getting a new home loan that got me the best rates and terms. Lena was very diligent and on top of everything in putting the loan together. Very grateful for the work she puts in and commitment she had in her customer service. Lena recently assisted us with the purchase of a property. She was incredible! She was very responsive, even responding outside of normal business hours when I had questions. She is professional whilst still feeling like we were dealing with a friend, & she really knows her stuff. We received both pre-approval and formal approval far quicker than we anticipated. I have used Lena as a broker twice now and I will use her for a third time if the time ever comes. Clear and prompt communication throughout the process both times. My second finance was not as clear cut as my first, but she guided and advised through any hurdles we came up against and I was delighted when I got my approval through. Highly recommend Lena.
