Dr. Brown is very attentive and caring with her patients. I have had serious health issues for about a year and a half and have been hospitalized numerous times. Dr. Brown has been right by my side and has communicated flawlessly with my other specialists throughout my entire illness. Her communication on the portal is amazing and even if she can't get you in for an appointment, she is readily able to talk through things on the portal, even on evenings and weekends. The most unprofessional office staff. Waited for a call for 5 days in which I couldn't sleep. I am a heart patient with diabetes and severe nerve and joint disease. Now searching for a new doctor
This is some of the worst care I have ever received. She abandoned my care, leaving me hanging for months after she'd explained steps both of us would take. Her office staff is rude, late, and unprepared. She didn't understand the test results and when she said she'd consult with a specialist, she never did (she had my consent), finally just sending me to the specialist whose first appointments were months out.
