Lena is an extremely competent therapist. Her sessions are extraordinary. She helped me work through old traumas. I would feel light and much more relaxed after our session. Highly recommend her.
Lena is nothing short of amazing! In her knowledge of the body and its incredible capacity to heal. In how everything is connected.
