Brian, Karis and Aaron were awesome. Best experience in buying a car. They worked everything to were I needed to be. I had been speaking to them for almost 2 weeks on the phone and the way they treated me and did what they said they were going to made all the difference. Absolute shit dealership to purchase a vehicle. I recently purchase a used Sonata from Hyundia dealership in Owings Mills. The dealership installed the temporary tag on the vehicle using the wrong bolts and cross threaded them into the clips that hold the tag on. I received my metal tag and when it went to install it using a shock and ratchet the clips can out with the bolts. Now I have no way to mount the tag onto the vehicle.
