Initially I would have been very satisfied with the company after they came out to resurface a flat roof. They were quick to squeeze us in and seemed a fair price. Now less than 2 years later, our roof is peeling in several areas (and I’m worried will begin to leak). I’ve emailed Julie and initially was told they were speaking to the supplier which was in April. I’ve sent follow up photos, emails, and voicemails and have been ghosted since then. Our roof was 21 years old and in need of replacement. They were responsive, gave us a comprehensive and reasonable quote, provided samples of shingles so we could decide, and were able to schedule us quickly. They brought a large team and finished the job in one long day. We are really happy with their work.
