I've purchased several vehicles from Len Lyall. The Staff is always Friendly, Courteous, and Honest. Yesterday's visit was for an oil change. The Service Department Service Writer was prompt and courteous and friendly. It too about and hour or so to get the oil change done, as it's a first come first served operation. The wait was not a problem. Len Lyall Chevrolet is great! Keep up the Great Work, Guys!!
I called to another dealership first because its closer to my home and they were not very helpful. They couldn't get me in for two days and they had no rental cars (all of them were out). When I called you guys Bob was able to get me in that same day, fix the problem the same day and give me a rental car and the service was amazing. I was in the market for a used small pick up. Rich was very helpful and let me know each time one came in as a trade-in. While I ultimately found one elsewhere, I was impressed with Rich's diligence in keeping me informed. Thank you Rich!
Customer service is a joke! I need recall work done called 2 months ago, they said we need to order parts we will call you when they are in. Great, no problem. No call, I call back 3 weeks later. Oh yes we were just about to call you! Your part should be here in a week, we will call you. No call. Call back 2 weeks later. Oh yes! It is here when would you like to come in? Seriously? With the lack of attention to making simple phone calls, you think I trust you with repairing my car, which carries my family? No thanks!!
Worst place I've been. Service manger was a joke won't help you at all. Apparently they just don't like being help cause they sent me down the road with no help at all and was really rude throughout the whole experience.
