Took very good care of their customer, explained everything in detail. All with very little pain.Thank-you

The staff have gone out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are all friendly and treat you with respect. The waiting is practically non-existent, I normally wait less than 4 minutes because they do not overbook their clients. I would recommend this dental group to anyone who would expect professional services, and a friendly atmosphere!
The staff was very friendly and explianed everything thoroughly to me and to my son. We did not have to wait long either.
We had 4 appointments today! Two of those were for my little boys. The staff was very accommodating, the play area was helpful, staff was very patient. I've already recommended this dental group to other military families. Thank you for a great dental experience! My kids actually left today saying they couldn't wait for their next dentist appointment.
In the two times I have gone(more to come), not only are the receptionists very friendly but so are the assistants and dentists. Very professional, but also approachable environment. For those on the fence, I recommend setting your dental appointments here.
I have always had bad luck with dentists (they were either too rough or not attentive) but ever since I've switched over to Dr. Reimer's office I have never felt so relaxed and cared for. I believe this is a great place to visit for all ages.
Switching over to Dr. Reimer's office has probably been one of the best decisions. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen and they make you feel extremely comfortable. Going to the dentist doesn't feel so bad anymore.
The staff was very nice and we did not have to wait more than five minutes to be seen.
