Dr. Riemer Dental Group was wonderful from the moment we walked in through the door. On time and explained everything that was done and future work.
Dr. Riemer and staff are the best! I was not kept waiting (which is a big deal to me) and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Going to this Dentist Office will definately not be a dreaded thing!

While the technical expertise is a major factor in customer service there is so much more to customer service. And, a major item in any relationship is simple communication and interaction. Dr. Reimers Dental Group is a professional and friendly office. The dental staff was very thorough in doing my exam and I felt everyone was experienced in their job. When additional work was needed I was told why and what options were available to me. The dentist was very informative with her recommendations rather than being pushy or rude. Great appointment.

I have and extreme fear of going to the dentist, but everything was so friendly and gentle in the course of my treatment that it was easy to be calm.
