All personnel at the office are very professional and very kind to my daughters. Everyone always provides the utmost care and comfort.
Very nice, conversational, on time, and considerate.
Dr Riemer always explains my procedures in detail and gives me her expert advice as to how to proceed. Her staff is always eager to help and they are always very welcoming - even when they know I don't like going to the dentist LOL Thank you for all the wonderful years, great service, and always helping with a payment plan!
Dr. Reimer and her staff are amazing! They are a family oriented office. They take great care of adults and children! It's wonderful when I can be in one room with my daughter in the next room, and I know we are both receiving superior care!
We always get excellent service from the entire staff. The techs are extremely professional as well as Dr. Riemer. They make it easy for my daughters to go to the dentist.
I am 74 years old and have been to many Dentists in my life but have never been treated with the respect and compassion that I had with the Reimer Dental Group
When walking in the office, I always receive a warm, professional greeting. Staff acknowledge me by name and quickly check me in so I can begin my appointment. The hygienist is top notch... knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. The dental assistants, although there are plenty and i don't always have the same one, seems to be comfortable in their job duties and are very personable as well. For the 15+ years that I've been a patient, I've always had a pleasurable experience.
Dr. Ayala is great! She really knows her stuff! My hygienist is friendly and does excellent work.
The dentist and dental assistants were very kind and gentle with my 4 year old daughter. She wasn't scared at all! Thank you.
