Great coffee great service I very much enjoyed the atmosphere too.
Bringing the arrogant barista meme to a new level! Your store was unable to handle the volume from the Tulip Festival (poor planing). Customers had to wait inordinate amounts of time for their drinks and some were going to the wrong people. When a customer recommended that you take people's names and assign them to each order, your barista said that if she wants to help she can come behind he counter and wash dishes. Rude. Put trash in the wrong receptacle because it wasn't label clearly and had it THROWN back at us from behind the counter. Coffee wasn't that good either.
