I can not thank Jon Jacobs and his amazing staff enough for their help getting my Dodge Dart bought back! After constant transmission issues and trying to deal with Chrysler corporation on my on, I finally called for some help! I filled out the paperwork and they took over and kept me in the loop! The process went smooth and I no longer had to stress!

We purchased a new Jeep Cherokee in 2015. Within 5 months the transmission went out. It was under warranty so we were covered. After it was replaced we had a shifting issue from 1st to 2nd gear. This was a computer problem and no new update available. At that point we realize we had a Lemon. We called the office of Jon Jacobs and had a pleasant, painless experience. We just left the Winnebago factory in Iowa after getting all the things fixed that had plagued us during our last year of travels, thanks to the efforts of all the great folks that we worked with, including Kimberli, Kayla, Kathy, Elina and, of course, Jon at the Law Office of Jon Jacobs. When we initially looked into how to resolve our problems we were not sure how to proceed, but Jon and his staff guided us through the process with optimism and a great deal of knowledge and proficiency. I can not thank Jon Jacobs and his staff enough for their compassion, professionalism and honest work ethic! The weight lifted off my shoulders when I was told I did indeed have a lemon was immense. They did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it.....I have never worked with such an honest, smart group of people! I am out of my lemon with a complete pay back!
