We had been having issues with the transmission of our 2014 Jeep Cherokee starting at 6000 miles. We were continually told it was operating as intended...and then we were driving to a doctors appointment with our 3 day old baby and the transmission went out on an expressway - we could not deal with that response any more. I Definitely recommend the Law offices of John Jacobs!! They were so awesome and took care of everything!
