Al principio cuando nos contactamos con lemon my vehicle si contestaban rápido ! Luego que firmamos el contrato ya era un proceso para poder comunicarse con ellos . Después de varios meses esperando por una respuesta y de insistir nos contactaron para decirnos que el caso no era viable porque obtuvimos vehículo de renta cuando dejábamos nuestro camion en el dealer para reparaciones, la cual nunca nos advirtieron sobre esto! Y nos afectó en el proceso de buy back de nuestro vehículo . La cual no hemos podido hacer.

I signed up with them ten months ago. for the first three months they would send me messages with follow up. they made so mamy excuses why they couldnt reach the manufacturer. then they went silent. no respomse to my messages, no follow ups. I also noticed thay the lawyer they had on their website was removed. and the whole sale pitch was on how good she was. They seem to be a scam yo steal your information. be careful

Although I am happy to receive money for this i don't appreciate the fact that you took 40% of my money for fees....

Had concerns at first about going this route but couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everything could be done either my email or text. Would recommend without hesitation. Really grateful for what they were able to do for us.
