I love the thought of down sizing and living in a tiny community. I would like to visit this Lemon Cove community soon to see how they are coming along.

Very interested in the concept, I. Personally could live quite comfortably in a small space, and love the idea of a "SMALL" community of like minded folks around.....a true community other plans in the works for communities across the Midwest ? All my friends and Family live in the Midwest, and I would hate to move so far away......I am not real keen on taxes in California either. Just totally love the concept.
