Not impressed with the lack of friendliness at the front desk but the technician and the vet were awesome! Girls at the front were not friendly at all. I was greeted with "We will be with you in a minute" from a very unhappy looking woman with a very monotone voice. I stood there for about a minute and a half watching her write something that clearly was more important than being friendly to a client. My kitten escaped from her carrier in the LBAH parking lot and bolted under a huge bougainvillea shrub very near the highway. At least six employees helped coax her out. I’ll never take a pet anywhere else. Such a caring staff!
I could never thank them enough. From the moment they answer the phone they are wonderful. They have gone above and beyond for my cats and dogs for many years and I couldn’t do it without them. Amazing team! From the bottom of my heart thank you!
