Today was difficult, but from the 1st phone call to the end of my appointment the entire staff were nothing but so helpful and kind. Thanks Candice for answering my questions on a Sunday. You have no idea how much it helped. I wish I knew everyone's names, you were all so nice! thankyou for all you do!!
They have cared for all our Great Danes. We had 3 including a rescue with wobblers .... they are the absolute best when it came to medical needs & sympathy when 2 crossed over the rainbow bridge closely. They were seniors over 9 yrs old. Dr Gurland’s staff helped us care for our fur babies into their golden years with grace & compassion till the end.
This is the best Animal Care I am aware of, as a retired vet tech from Cincinnati, I have lived here since 1992 and did much research and volunteering to help. You can also see what goes on in a place if you work there or know what else is going on in your area. Lemon Bay is honest and care about your loved one. This isn’t the case everywhere, unfortunately. I am impressed with the level of care and compassion I feel at Lemon Bay. Thank you.
I’ve thought long & hard about writing this review. I’m not one to write things like this just off the hip but this story needs to be told. Several months ago my parents Westie ingested an Alieve. My elderly parents not knowing better never thought anything of it until 6 plus hours later when their dog started getting sick. They then rushed her to Lemon Bay animal hospital where they took the dog and decided to treat her with charcoal & iv fluids. My parents were told to come & pick her up I’m a few hours. Upon picking her u... read more
these people helped us say goodbye to our beloved Bailey like no one else ever could! God bless them!
They’ve put my animals off for so long- until there’s no other option but euthanasia. They seem to not care about my pets. They don’t return my calls either.
Been a customer for several years. Have 2 dogs and 3 cats. They have lost the vaccines records for my dogs. The receptionist on the phone was VERY RUDE. Tried to make an appointment for my dog to be seen for a growth on her face, the receptionist asked if I had a cone to put on my dogs head, I told her I really wanted to find out the issue with her and not just cone her head. Was put on a brief hold, then was told they wouldn’t see my dog without the records they have lost. When I said I was taking my business else where the... read more
Return calls and emails from your regular customers. Don't cancel an elderly dog's appointment with a voicemail message and then refuse to follow up, even though the dog now can't get insulin or other meds because you refuse to communicate.
Very caring, and professional staff. Always very communicative and helpful keeping my pets healthy.
