Dear Business Owner. Today, I visited your establishment for a meni and pedi. However, from the moment I walked in, it was disheartening to witness the lack of acknowledgment or greeting from any of your staff members. Even after taking a seat waiting 10 minutes and politely asking about the waiting time, since I noticed two other customers waiting.
