No, I was always attended to Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this dentist friendly? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques... read more

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
