Very disappointed. 6 months since you have had my paperwork and I called a few times and sent a few emails to check in on what is going on. A few times when I called you couldn't even find my case. I am wondering if you actually really did file the paperwork on my behalf... Then today no phone call just a letter stating you are not representing me anymore. Really? The last month of my lease. A phone call would have been appreciated with an explanation.

Be real careful people using this firm. Received a settlement check deposited in my bank 5 days ago just received a letter stating a 9 day hold on check because my bank stated "confidential infomation that this check will not clear" how sad. Oh well guess ill call the bbb and let everyone i know and dont they are a scam.
