Edited: Mind you I tried reaching out to the stylist before making this review and I was completely shut out and ignored hence me bringing my concerns here. Avoid any worker named MORSE/MOSES at this shop. He does not know what he’s doing and becomes very arrogant if you request your hair to be styled a certain way. I came in for a retwist, but he cut my hair without permission and did such a poor job that my locs started thinning out. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored. I do not recommend him at all. Incredibly rude and they don't want to take customers. I called today around 11 am to check their availability to book an appointment for today in the evening for just a trim. The lady who took my call said very rudely "I don't have time". To what I asked confused, "what do you mean?". She said again "I don't have the time to take you". Been going to this salon for years and have a 10/10 experience each time! Fadila is an amazing hair stylist!!
Other than Fadila, I can’t think of another hairstylist in downtown Toronto that I could trust to sew my weave extensions. She does an amazing job with sew ins, trims, blow drys, and natural hair care. She takes her time to ensure good care of my hair. 5/5 will recommend.
Can't think of anywhere else in Toronto that would know how to treat and style my hair. I keep coming back for years now, experimenting with all ranges of services: silk press, hair treatment, color, braids, hair extension... etc and I was satisfied every time. Yes, it's my go to salon and Fadila is a gem!
