Clean grounds. Driveway could use improvement but over all nice place.
I lived in the Clifton Place apartments in Morton for a year, it was amazing, at first. Then toward the end of our lease, our A/C broke, keep in mind this is June, it was 90 degrees in our apartment. They said they couldn’t schedule a time for maintenance to come they would just show up. This is impossible because I work 8am-5pm. My girlfriend goes to school full time and work part time. Rented for a year with them. Paid rent on time everytime. Went to turn in our keys and yet we had to pay for no 30 day notice even though our lease was done and we didnt renew it. AND we have to pay for the "damages" we caused after we moved out. I thought the security deposit was for that reason????
I have tried many times to get a fixed income ground floor apt from them and I'm a veteran, they won't put me on a waiting list shows they discriminate
