I loved my apartment and my stay here, hated the management, they are all out of order specifically the willow oaks branch. Rent is $260/m more than quoted! $460 more than listing!!! I tried to help my college kid to find a place for his 12 weeks summer intern job. I clearly wrote in the email the move in and the move out dates, with moving out dates as 9th of the month. The staff, Katlin, emailed me saying there will be $200 extra for 3 months lease. My office staff are great, however I've been waiting for 5 hours for maintenance to show up because my hot water isn't working. Im now being told that not having hot water isn't an emergency. Can't shower or clean myself or my children, but sure its not an emergency. Update as of 10:18pm. Originally called at 12:30 pm. No one ever showed up. If you wanna hot shower after work, guess you cant depend on the place pay rent at to have the water work in your apartment
I have rented from Leman in the past and they have done a wonderful job. Maintenance was always on top of things and I know they have so many apartments to take care of, so that was nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home.
ac, washers, and dryers rarely work. they won't fix problems even when told about them unless it's dire.
