I have rented from Leman in the past and they have done a wonderful job. Maintenance was always on top of things and I know they have so many apartments to take care of, so that was nice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home.
ac, washers, and dryers rarely work. they won't fix problems even when told about them unless it's dire.
I have rented from Leman Property Management for 3 years now. The office staff has been easy to work. The maintenance team is quick to respond and are very timely. I would highly recommend renting from them if you are moving to the area.
