I am truly surprised that this business is accredited by the BBB, and that it has an A+ rating. My experience with them over the past few weeks has left a lot to be desired. They were to build a shed onsite, and when they showed up they said that there wasn't enough room to build it where we wanted it, even though two other companies had been out to our home, seen the site, and provided us with bids to build in the same spot. Customer service lacks tremendously in service. The Grandview service department took their time in ordering needed items to repair the roof damaged on delivery. I was repeatedly informed the supplies were ordered but after nearly 3 weeks, the staff never answered my emails or returned my phone calls. I will make my own repairs, but Lelands is responsible for this. I will not be recommending this company to family and friends.

Purchased a Lone Star Cabin. This is our 2nd summer in the cabin. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a issue with the air conditioners not cooling the cabin. We added extra insulation in the floor. And had 3 windows removed. We run all 3 air conditioners on 68. You would think comfortable. Wrong The only room that is comfortable is the room closest to the outside unit. Thank you Golightlys
Although I'm still a year from moving, Carol Stevens spent nearly three hours with me customizing my Lone Star Cabin. She walked me through All options and answered my every question. She built my Lone Star with the architectural software as I watched on the Big Screen monitor in her office. It was a great experience as she is friendly and quite experienced in every aspect of the business. Thanks Carol.

This company has horrible internal and external communication. They were late, did not finish on time, left a mess, put the building in the wrong place and tried to leave without finishing. They only return calls when it suits them, and only about payment...not about problems on the work site. I had to manage the last half of the job because they were not trustworthy to do it on their own. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
