Leland Management has been Jesup’s Landing community property management since day one. However, they have done such a poor job in managing the community. I have been living in this community for the last 5 years and the issues we have, they have been the same over and over. They have changed four managers so far and Lindsey Taylor has been the worst. As a Board Member that just resigned, I have my concerns. During my experience on the board, I have been ignored, discriminated against, and not involved. Lindsey rarely answer... read more

Horrible company. This is the second time my community has hired them. Policies are changed with no homeowner notification unless you go to their website. Many in our community are seniors who may not be up on technology. Notices are often only sent via email that you have to use their website to sign up for. Our CAM seems to be clueless about basic board meeting procedures and if meetings are held via Zoom they get upset and simply end the meeting with no motion to adjourn. Big issues in the community regarding repairs are ... read more

I have a long experience with Leland Management. As an HOA board member and as a homeowner. They used to be one of the best management companies in Central Florida. Till something happened few years back. Because of their mistakes, our HOA suffered a lot. Eventually we fired them. Now as a homeowner in a different neighborhood where, unfortunately, Leland are the management company, I am suffering due to their pure unprofessional and careless actions. They missed one digit on my mailing address, so I did not receive any mail... read more

I have been fighting to get a refund for 2 months they charged me extra for HOA monthly fees . I had made payment and scheduled auto payment for future date, however they still took both payments before scheduled auto body date . Each time I call they say no updates in refund . It’s has been almost 2 months , calling every day and nothing gets done . They like to rip-off residents .

Business response:

Dear Homeowner,

Upon reviewing this matter, it has been resolved. The refund process was delayed due to information in our system, but that was quickly resolved, and a refund was issued due to multiple payments made by the homeowner. We apologize for any inconvenience and value your feedback!

Maintenance repairs and basic upkeep are never close to being done or up to standards. Property manager always has excuses why things aren’t done, it’s broken equipment or a labor shortage, or supply chain issue, or no money or workers don’t have the skill or don’t want to work or it’s the wrong time of year or it’s the board’s fault or there’s too many complaints coming in or the computer isn’t working or the company he talked to is delayed or we have to wait till next year. The problem is wasting time being busy driving go... read more

Not honest and I believe dishonest. After a new roof three years ago the roofer tour a hole in awning and ruined my gutters. I need a gutter person and they wanted me to use a pest control person!!!!

they are the worst!!! They don" answer there phones or return calls. I"m not sure what they do to get paid all the money they get. they could care less about the homeowners and do absolutely nothing to help you. Your association fees go up because we pay them more every year to just send on person to walk the property to do nothing and refuse to acknowledge the homeowners at all. They are a ripe off!!! Don't hire them or you will regret it.

BEWARE of Leland Management they do not carry out the management responsibilities that I and everyone in my neighborhood pay them to do. The office they have in Gainesville is disorganization and non-responsive. When you try to ask them to do something you have to spend at least a week to find someone that will help. The manager is Teri ***** but I have never once been able to get her on the phone. When you make her aware of a problem through other people she does not take care of the problem and does not followup about it s... read more
