Unbelievable, horrible experience. I was just reminded about bad experiences with them by overhearing conversation at breakfast by people who had same bad experience. They hold meetings & ignore questions. They pretend you're not there. They don't answer questions. I have never experienced such rudeness. We pulled together as a community to rid of them!
