Not a great website, links to multiple other websites with multiple logins to pay and setup scheduled payments. Customer service lady on phone talked over me after trying to answer her questions she just asked me. In my past customer service jobs I would have been let go for acting like she did on the phone. It's not very professional when your customer facing employees get agitated not being patient enough to wait for the customer to finish their reply.
Rachel has been unbelievably helpful! I lost my Applewatch two weeks ago and someone just turned it in and she searched my watch and was able to personally contact me. Not only did she do that, she was able to set up my original lost watch on my new phone and then remove all the info from my new watch so that I could return the new watch I had just bought.
