I loved the class, and it’s great that Lauren actually teaches the class with you. I appreciate that they don’t crowd the room with mats and have parking. I also want to give a BIG shout out to the front desk and the entire team working to set up the room, break down, answer the phones, they are so helpful, kind and helped me find my item I forgot ! 10/10 experience

I am super excited to have found a workout that suits my needs! Before I discovered LEKFIT, my biggest workout each day was sprinting from one virtual meeting to the next… without ever leaving my chair. I have been doing LEKFIT for almost 6 years, and it has truly changed my body. Online only. I do DEFINE mostly and BOOST occasionally. I love Lauren, her music taste, and the option to choose a different workout if I want. Different muscle groups every week really make a difference in my post menopausal body.

I canceled Lekfit and have not logged in for OVER 3 YEARS!!! I have reached out repeatedly and they continue to charge every month - never have I had an experience this lacking of integrity.

Nicole was at front desk when I arrived. Nicole is very nice, customer oriented and extremely helpful. People like her set the standard and tone for the business and I will gladly support any business supporting her.
