If you’re in LA and want to get in shape fast, LEKFIT is a must. I did the 90-minute class this Sunday at 9am led by the founder Lauren Kleban and it was hands down the best workout I’ve done. The music, lighting, and energy in the studio are on point. I am in LOVE with dance move touches party. Her presence is so motivating, and the vibe is just electric. Can’t wait to go back!
I’ve literally never written a review before, but this was the weirdest worst workout class experience I’ve ever had. I’ve done almost every studio in LA and NYC and work out 5-6 times a week, and feel pretty well-versed in the LA workout scene. (Tracey Anderson, Silver Springs, Barrys, Heated Room, etc etccc). so I feel like I can confidently say this was not right… like something is so off about this place I walk in, and they show me around, point out the amenities, but then tell me I can’t use the locker room because it’s... read more
