She looked at my gallbladder ultrasound and said I didn't have any stones. She reported only a polyp which grew since my last report. I had been having right upper quadrant pain for 15 years. Luckily my GI doctor listened to me and I ended up having my gallbladder removed. My gallbladder was reviewed by pathology and they found multiple black stones ranging from 0.4 to 0.6 cm. How did she miss those?
