Great customer service —had a watch battery replaced in a watch that was difficult to change… My Timex Iron Man purchased 10 years ago! By the way, this is the same jewellery shop that used to be down in the shopping strip next to Canadian Tire at Leslie and Lakeshore! Apparently the landlord only gave them 30 days notice. They relocated now to Queen St., East and Knox Avenue.
Had a fantastic experience brining several pieces of jewellery here to be serviced. They replaced my watch band, cleaned five pairs of earring (plus replaced a missing stone on one of them), and cleaned two necklaces and my engagement ring. Craftsmanship is excellent - and everything looks new. What stood out to me was how genuinely kind and attentive the staff were - even for pieces that weren't high value or fancy, they treated each item with the same level of care and respect. L.E. Jewellers is a great shop for vintage watch repair and band replacements. I've been in a number of times to get vintage watches serviced or get help replacing a band or battery. Every time the team has been very friendly and helpful, and the service has been excellent and fairly priced. They also have a wide selection of fine jewellery and watches for sale.
Great choices for all occasions and great selections for friends and or family gifts!!
