Very friendly and helpful! Got a great watch band for a vintage Seiko plus a battery change on another. Will definitely be back.

Popped in here the other day to get my watch resized and the owner did such a great job! They have some really cute pieces in there and very reasonable. Will def be back!
The Asian woman , completely rude no idea if it’s a cultural difference but it didn’t felt friendly at all.
Elaine is a gem. I walked into her beautiful store and asked for a battery replacement for my watch. We proceeded to have a lovely chat about her 15 years in the neighbourhood while promptly replacing the new battery. $22 for repair and battery warranty. Amazing!
