We have used Leizure World for 20+ years! The have been consistently great! We've learned a great deal from them! They have always treated us with respect. We would never go anywhere else. We recently bought and had installed by them a heater, and a new timer. We also bought a new pump from them but installed ourselves as my husband knew how and they were not upset about that. Just so everyone is aware they will not let you return anything and told my wife if the filter didn’t fit she could return it
Extremely disappointed with the staff there. We have used them for many years to open and close our pool along with chemicals for it. This year after opening they sent a bill, which we paid within a week or so. When I called to schedule the closing of the pool we were informed we had not paid for the opening. After going there showing them the paid receipt all we got was some lame excuse about a mix up. No apology or anything.
