Just so everyone is aware they will not let you return anything and told my wife if the filter didn’t fit she could return it
Extremely disappointed with the staff there. We have used them for many years to open and close our pool along with chemicals for it. This year after opening they sent a bill, which we paid within a week or so. When I called to schedule the closing of the pool we were informed we had not paid for the opening. After going there showing them the paid receipt all we got was some lame excuse about a mix up. No apology or anything. I have been with Leizure World since 1997. They have kept me up and running for all these years. They are always friendly, know me by name, and are fantastic pool problem solvers. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Just got a house with a pool that needed some TLC. Ron and his family/staff have helped us every step of the way and what we need. We're up and running having a Blast!
EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: There was absolutely nothing “courteous” about your call. And again- I’m not surprised there was no apology. Absolutely horrible company. Super disappointed in the treatment we received from Leizure World. We used this store for all of our pool needs, including purchasing a $4000 pool cover from them last year. When I called to ask if I could get on their schedule for a pool opening, the nice man who answered the phone said yes, they could open our pool in 1-2 weeks and that I would get a call back... read more
