My friend tried to purchase a car through the dealership. Had them put down a deposit to hold the car but it was 500$ to just hold it. They went to their bank to finance the car but the title was not in the dealer name and the bank had a notice of the dealership that it has had previous issues, so they would not approve the loan. Worst Car Dealership Ever - Complete Scam! My husband and I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. First off we tried to get approved at a bank for loan, but this dealership is flagged for not giving banks titles for the cars. So we had to get a proof of the title. Don't trust them, tried to sell my family a car while the title was still with the original owner and not with the dealership. Refused to refund the deposit.
My daughter tried to buy a car with Leiva. Due to past issues with this dealer, her credit union would not finance a car from Leiva. The dealer refused to refund her the money she put down to hold the car while she arranged financing.
