Movie voice: In a world where customer service is dying at an alarming rate, Leitner's is a beacon of hope. Regular voice: The employees go out of their way to help, everytime I've been there, at least 3 employees interact with me, "can I help you find something? Can I load that for you? How are you?" I wish I could give the staff MORE than 5 stars. Keep up the great work!

Leitners is easily my favorite garden store in the Twin Cities! The plants are always healthy and happy, the displays are creative and inspiring, but most important, the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Everything about Leitners is fantastic! Thank you to everyone at the shop for being so great!
Whoops, called Leitners from Iowa twice within the past two years on the birth of my two great grandchildren. They are absolutely the most professional, go beyond just customer service. I dealt with a respresentative names Emily and she gets five stars*****alone. Leitners is very fortunate to have such a great customer service rep with their nursery.
