I have been using Pediatric Associates since the day my son was born over 8 years ago. His doctor is really great and she is worth the wait (because you will sit there and wait for a ridiculous amount of time). Over time this place has become a nightmare to deal with. There is no compassion & no customer service values here. Administratively speaking, they are a hot mess. I've received better treatment & faster service at the DMV. I call about a referral about two weeks ago, they gave me the wrong one so I called again the day of my appointment I went there to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I have to cancel my child appointment for the second time because of the referral.
