I purchased my car from Forrest Newkirk at Leith. Forrest was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. After I purchased my car, a few things needed to be followed up on. Forrest came to my place of work, picked up my car, and took it back to the dealership for me. I did not have to miss a beat at work. Now, that is customer service.... with a smile. Walked in unannounced. Asked to test drive a Jetta Sportwagen TDI. The friendly lady at the desk paged Mike Campbell, who immediately came to assist me. Mike is friendly, but not at all overbearing.
