Where do I begin - the car that Leith Nissan sold me that has been riddled with issues or the insulting customer service from the service advisor? I purchased a pre-checked 2013 Nissan Rogue in the Fall of 2018 from Leith Nissan. In just a year and a half, there has been a failed airbag and failed transmission with absolutely no financial assistance on the end of Nissan or the dealership. One is a serious safety hazard and the latter has numerous complaints and law cases online - how is this not recalled yet? 4,000 dollars l... read more

Beware! They bait and switched my elderly mother and then lied repeatedly to cover up instead of making things right. We recently helped my senior Mom purchase a car from Nissan Cary to take advantage of a promotional deal they were running for a low interest rate on their certified pre-owned cars. We were told to help her apply online which we did, and they told us congratulations, she qualified! So we went through with helping her set everything up over the phone and text.
