Started off Great and Then Went Straight Downhill! I have bought 15 cars in my life and never had an experience like this. Great Start We met our sales person, Natalie, on June 30th after closing when we were browsing for a used Odyssey. She explained that they were closed but she was willing to work with us if we were serious about buying. Wonderful!! We traded in a 2006 Ford Expedition for the 2011 Honda Accord. We could not have been any happier with our overall experience. Especially Paul Harris. He was so pleasant and easy to get a long with. Everyone was. Just sitting in the lobby we were always offered drinks or magazines to ensure our comfort. The entire process was so much more pleasant than I ever anticipated. I highly recommend!

Dylan Leach is the man!!! I went to Leith Honda at 5601 Capital Blvd. in Raleigh, N.C. to trade not one, but two vehicles; one a purchase and the other a lease turn-in. My consultant, Dylan Leach, handled the process professionally and efficiently. He was quite knowledgable about the Honda line and after asking me a few questions, knew what to show me. Leith Auto Ctr is not the best My experience with Leith Honda was mostly positive. They send quotes over email & are okay with negotiating a price over phone/email (which i was looking at). My assigned salesman could have done a better job at explaining options associated with the car I was test driving. They were pretty quick with paper work. At the time of delivery, the sales guy did not go over procedures relating to using advanced features of the vehicle or scheduled maintenance.

Another Great Honda Buying Experience In June 2010, I chose to buy a car for the first time from Leith Honda. My salesman, Doug Swords, was one of the best car salesmen with whom I've done business. Best Experience, 3rd vehicle I really enjoyed working with Jeremy to purchase my vehicle with Leith. He was very helpful, easy going, and fun to work with. My experience with other dealers were not so pleasant. Leith seems to be a great company with excellent values and I am very happy I was able to buy from them. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Leith to anyone browsing and not wanting to feel pressured or pushed around!
