My husband bought a 2016 Ford Escape and the dealership took 3 months to finance the car. Then Jonny, a finance manager, didn't inform him that he would be losing a $1000 rebate... The purchase contract had a $2000 rebate but after Ford financed it, it only had a $1000 rebate.. The dealership is not honest with its clients... My husband has tried to contact dealership, but they do not answer his messages. Do not buy from this dealership!
My son bought a Ford Escape from this dealership, the finance manager, Jonny did not tell him that he would be losing a $1000 rebate. Jonny and the dealership have been unhelpful through the entire process of returning the money that they took. In the end, the dealership took $1000 from him. The original agreement was for a $2000 rebate, but when Jonny sent it to Ford for financing he only sent it for a $1000 rebate. The dealership is not honest and they will take your money, do not do business with this dealer.
I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape on 3/22/2016. It took 2.5 months for them to finally finance the car. In the end, a finance manager, Jonny Wisenbaker, stole $1000 out of my deal. My purchase agreement stated a $2000 rebate, when it was financed it only had a $1000 rebate applied. The dealer stole my money!!! Do not buy from this dealership!!!! Contacted them and they never tried to help!
