I'm completely unsatisfied with my experience with Leith Acura yesterday. During my 15-minute test drive, the sales representative Mike Mitchell focused on his own phone and pretended I didn't exit. He didn't introduce any feature of the car to me, and when I asked a question, he would answer it with no more than 10 words.
