Completely satisfied is the only way we can describe the experience. Jason, Robert, Paul and everyone else has made the process extremely pleasant. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the equipment and the workmanship. We got a 21' and couldn't be happier. We filled it up with the hose from our well and the water was pretty cloudy. I'm not sure if it was the power ionizer or not, but the water was crystal clear after the pump being on after only one day. It is such a pleasure doing business with this company and especially with Robert! He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Each time I go in he answers all of my questions and gets me exactly what I need for the pool. Great experience and wonderful customer service every time!

My husband and I went during the summer to look at pools. We spoke with one of the guys there which was very helpful and we decided to get the serenity package. I called the next day and spoke with some younger man and asked him to have the owner call me to make sure they would be able to get in my back yard. I left my name and number and nobody ever called back. I called a few days later and spoke with another man that I believe was the owner. I JUST HAD A COUPLE OF SMALL LEAKS AT THE FITTINGS AS TO BE EXPECTED AND THE OWNER IS COMMING TO FIX THEM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND I PLAN ON USEING THERE POOL CLEANING AND MAINTENCE TO KEEP POOL RUNNING THANK YOU GENTLEMEN. WELL DONE
