RecommendedAmazing customer service with amazing prices. Everyone in the store as well as the Install crew was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend buying from them if you are looking for an amazing deal and for a trustworthy installer.
There was a hot tub floor model that we were interested in at the Lexington store. It was an old model they wanted to get rid of. I spoke with the owner and he told me that the check valve ozinator (however it is spelled) was bad and he had to order the part. I asked him about putting money down on it and he said he didn’t feel comfortable selling it until the part came in and he was sure it was fixed. I was waiting for him to let us know about that. I’ve talked to the guys in Lexington at least 4 times this week. I was quoted 5300 for an 18x33 pool installed in 2 weeks. Every time I called I said ‘18x33’ - which is obviously an oval and not a circle. They gave me the name and number for the person who builds decks around their pools, I called him and he came out this morning and gave me an estimate.
