Bought a hot tub and several years devolved a leak in March of 23. Was under warranty and it took 6 weeks to get them out to look. Paid 65 bucks. Repair man said the heater leaks and ordered new one 6 weeks later I called them they said back orderd. I got part number and their redial avail on multible sites..they would not accept that and said I need to wait for their back ordered heater. Bought a 26000 spa tub in 2020. About 5 months later the cover was ripping. I called and complained. Not covered under warranty as they say I'm opening it wrong. Which I use the handle and hold the actual cover to guide it up. Which they never stated not to use handle. If not why is it even on the cover. Later I call that my screws to the tub handles on the inside are rusting, they state oh sounds like you are not leaving it open after you put chemicals in it. Which is absolutely not true. I just discovered the Leisure Works Hot Tub store! They have all of the equipment and products I need to keep my Master Spa working. After years of doing business with another store in Utica, I had a repair issue that the other store kept putting me off after having paid to have it repaired twice. Doug Speller from "Leisure Works" was very helpful and successfully got me the part I needed right away. He is very professional and knowledgeable!
