They were good when they were RV general. When Leisure bought them the service went downhill very unhelpful they couldn't answer any questions. Took my camper there to RV general for years to get serviced took it to Leisure 2 times they didn't do what I asked either time.
Terrible service department, I took my RV in on October 4th 2023 for a hail damage estimate. I still do not have the estimate as of 03/27/24, and I had to take the RV in twice. The price was jacked up from $325 to $375 for the estimate during this time. They claimed an employee had left and new computer systems and they lost the pictures. I left the RV for over a month for them to take pictures before I picked it up. When I picked the RV up, the ladder was ripped out of the mount. I know have water damage around the mount.
