My mother lives in their facility an Midland, Michigan. I would have to say this is the worst place on the planet. The is no accountability from the management in how they treat my mom. In my opinion this place needs to be investigated by the State of Michigan for elder abuse. The staff has been rude and abusive to my mom, the food is often cold and bland, her schedule for care often is skipped, and something as simple as billing has never been correct.
