Today is the most dissatisfied I am with the phone service with this agency. I had been using them for years and the more they become familiar with me, the more they take me for granted. I had a horrible experience with Leisure Life Travel Agency. I had booked a flight together with my fiance through a travel agent, her name being Amor Palisoc. My fiance had to re-schedule her flight so we contacted her to change her date but not mine. I never told the travel agent about cancelling my flight. A few weeks later, my bank account had a refund from the airline, which was \$285.00 less than what I originally paid. Knowing Violy and Arman, this tandem has their kind of versatility in procuring your travel needs in their very own peculiar way. Back in the 80s I travelled to Europe with their assistance and to my surprise I was charged for an excess baggage by the airline I took on my way to Paris from Vienna. When I got back from my holiday I reported this matter to Violy herself and Arman and Viola!!!! I got back my refund in a real quick turnaround.
