Management unresponsive, spotty enforcement and lack of enforcement created health and safety risks at times and feels unfair at other times. One star for location
My husband and I spent time there this summer. Pros: Beautiful beach in walking distance and a convenient location to drive to activities. Cons: Expensive area to eat. The building is very old and ghost like. The pool was too dirty to swim in. Nearby construction never seemed to end. Few spoke English or said hello. We felt very uncomfortable.
